I've owned all of Canon's "A" series cameras loved every one of them. Went to the Canon EOS system in film and now digital. Am impressed with my Nikon F4 and FM3A, sold most of my film collection of over 100 cameras and now buying back and refurbishing film classics the Olympus OM-2n system is one of these classic cameras. Your post was very good and I thank you for that because it compelled me to have the work done professionally by one who is more familiar with this camera and can do a proper CLA. Thanks for posting.

I'm glad to told you that I went to Venice (Venezia) in Italy last day, with my Olympus om4t, and all was very good (I must develope by myself one b&w film and bring a color slide film to print and I will see the result of my work, but it doesn't matter). I want to say all was very good in the sense that I was or the one or one of so many film photographers, in fact I saw everywhere digital cameras, but I'm proud of my camera, and happy with it, I had much fun, and this is for me the best way to go about with a camera, to have fun, push the bottom, to insert the film into, to extract it when it is full..... to hope that the work can be a decent work, maybe.
I saw that in commerce there is a similar "mini scanner" that for about 120 Euros transforms film photos in digital, and I think that is a very good help to interact with other people in easy manner, on the web, with the mail and so on, like you have a digital camera. I haven't.

Hi. I am very disapointed. I was trying to get the vertical adjustment and suddenly the screw was loose and after shaking the camera he fall in my hand. I just don´t know if I force it of if this is normal. I have it in a safe place. Have you our someone any idea about this, and also if it has some way of fixing at home. Also, while I was turning it I was not seeing any difference in the adjustment. And at least the camera stays like it was, with a very small vertical gap. Please please, I need some feedback. Thanks

Really enjoyed reading all of the above. I just took delivery of a Bessa R3A and a 40mm 1.4 lens. To add to the range of cameras mentioned above here are my cameras;

Voigtlander Bessa R3A
Bronica GS-1
Yashica 124
Ricoh GXR
Nikon D300
Lomo SprocketRocket

What I'm learning is choosing the film and lens combination together with what kind of final result I'm looking for usually helps the selection. The bessa is new and early signs are that it's a great little camera, super build quality and LOTS OF FUN!

Taking pictures is a real pleasure. I get some funning looks when I'm lugging the Bronica about and using the Yashica for landscapes. I have an agreement from a local store to let me have all of their out of date film and slide film. Awesome for cross processing.

Happy days!
