My name is Arran – born and raised in Sydney, Australia.
When I’m not trying to take photos, I run a boutique design agency called demibold and an Art Gallery in Glebe called Salerno Gallery.

I created this blog mostly to keep a personal record of what I’ve done, and provide some extra motivation when I get a little lazy.
If you haven’t noticed I like shooting film cameras of which I have too many. Enjoys shooting candid photos in public (is tired of the term “street photography”). Has too many unfinished projects. Loves the Olympus OM system. Thinks rangefinder cameras are terrific. Has a preference for Neopan. Rates Rodinal. Has a shitty scanner.

I’m lucky to of had several pieces of work exhibited (no, not in my own gallery), and am currently looking to pursue some photographic and artistic endeavours overseas in the near future.
